Advancing the Kingdom Through Work, Justice, and Gospel-Centered Community

At Amplio Foundation, we exist to live out Micah 6:8—“to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with our God”—by equipping employers to reach the nations through work. Since 2014, we’ve been mobilizing Kingdom-minded leaders and organizations to create redemptive job opportunities for refugees, underserved talent, and communities affected by poverty and exploitation.

We believe meaningful work is one of the most powerful tools for restoring dignity, ending cycles of global poverty and modern-day slavery, and creating space for people to encounter the love of Christ. By helping employers build diverse, justice-driven hiring strategies, we connect overlooked candidates not only to life-changing jobs, but also to Gospel-centered communities where they can be known, discipled, and empowered.
